Navsankalp is a digital platform that allows users to search for businesses, connect with service providers, and book appointments. Navsankalp acts solely as an intermediary platform to connect users and businesses.

2. User Eligibility

There is no minimum age restriction to use Navsankalp. Users are responsible for providing accurate, complete, and valid information while using the platform.

3. User Responsibilities

As a user, you agree:

• Not to provide false or misleading information
• Not to misuse the platform
• Not to engage in illegal, harmful, or fraudulent activities
• To respect other users and businesses on the platform

4. Business Listings and Verification

If you are a business owner:

• You are responsible for the accuracy of your business information
• You must not upload fake, misleading, or illegal content
• You agree that your business details will be publicly visible

Navsankalp reserves the right to verify any profile, request documents, and approve, reject, suspend, or remove listings at its sole discretion to maintain a premium and trusted platform.

5. Payments and Fees

• Navsankalp charges a one-time business onboarding fee for listing businesses on the platform.
• This onboarding fee is applicable for showcasing your business profile, including your business details, services, and visibility.
• Once onboarded, your business profile will remain active, subject to compliance with platform policies.
• Currently, additional services such as the booking system and lead notifications are provided free of cost by the company.
• If your business receives leads or booking requests, you will be notified accordingly.
• All payments made are strictly non-refundable.
• Payments are processed through secure third-party payment providers.

6. Platform Role and Limitation of Service

Navsankalp does not guarantee:

• Customer generation
• Appointment confirmation
• Business growth or service outcomes

Navsankalp is not responsible for:

• Quality of services provided by businesses
• Any interaction, dispute, or transaction between users and businesses
• Any failure of appointment fulfillment

All interactions are at the sole risk of users and businesses.

7. Account Suspension and Termination

Navsankalp reserves the right to suspend or remove any account or listing without prior notice if false information is provided, suspicious or harmful activity is detected, or platform rules are violated.

8. Fraud, Misuse and Loss Recovery

If any business or user is found involved in suspicious, fraudulent, or harmful activities:

• The account may be suspended or permanently deleted without prior notice
• No refund will be provided for any fees paid
• RVK Software reserves the legal right to recover any financial losses or damages caused by such activities

9. Service Quality, Reviews and Rating Policy

Users have the right to review and rate services provided by businesses. Businesses are expected to provide quality services, respond to inquiries, and maintain professional behavior.

Navsankalp reserves the right to warn, suspend, restrict, or permanently remove a business if it fails to respond to users, provides poor service, or receives consistently negative reviews. No refund will be provided in such cases.

10. Third-Party Services

Navsankalp may use third-party services such as cloud storage, hosting, and payment gateways. We are not responsible for the policies, performance, or actions of these services.

11. Intellectual Property

All content on Navsankalp, including logo, design, text, and software, is the property of RVK Software. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or use any content without prior written permission.

12. Privacy

Your use of Navsankalp is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

13. Termination of Access

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the platform and remove any content, listing, or account at our sole discretion without prior notice.

14. Changes to Terms

These Terms may be updated or modified at any time as per company requirements. Continued use of the platform indicates acceptance of the updated terms.

15. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Jaipur, Rajasthan.
