1. Ownership and Platform Responsibility

Navsankalp is fully owned and managed by RVK Software. All rights related to platform operations, verification, listing approval, and content moderation are reserved by the company.

2. Platform Role and Limitation of Liability

Navsankalp acts solely as a platform that enables businesses to register, showcase their services, and connect with users. The platform facilitates discovery, communication, and appointment requests between users and businesses.

Navsankalp does not guarantee:

• Customer generation
• Appointment confirmations
• Business outcomes or performance

Navsankalp is not responsible for:

• Service quality provided by businesses
• Any disputes between users and businesses
• Failure of appointment fulfillment

The platform operates only as an intermediary between businesses and customers.

3. Information Collected

3.1 Business Information

• Business Name
• Owner Name
• Mobile Number
• Address and Location
• Business Category and Services
• Images, Videos, and Listings

3.2 Verification Documents

To ensure authenticity, businesses may be required to submit:

• MSME / UDYAM Registration Certificate
• GST Certificate
• Company / LLP Registration Certificate
• Business Signage Board (showing business name and mobile number)

3.3 User Information

• Name and Contact Details
• Search activity and booking interactions within the platform

4. Business Onboarding Fees

Navsankalp charges a Business Onboarding Fee for listing services. All fees are strictly non-refundable under any circumstances. Payment confirms acceptance of all platform policies and verification requirements.

5. Refund Policy

All payments made to Navsankalp are strictly non-refundable. Once the business profile is activated on the platform, no refund will be provided under any circumstances.

If a client chooses to delete their business profile, they are allowed to do so at any time. However, the amount paid will not be refunded.

6. Verification Policy

Every business must complete mandatory verification after payment. Failure to provide valid documents may result in listing rejection, temporary suspension, or permanent removal.

7. Content Policy

All uploaded content must be accurate, truthful, non-offensive, not misleading, and compliant with Indian laws.

Prohibited content includes:

• False or misleading business claims
• Offensive, abusive, or illegal material
• Fake or unrelated images/videos

RVK Software reserves the full right to suspend or terminate any profile without prior notice if such content is detected.

8. Duplicate Listings Policy

Creating duplicate profiles with the same business details is strictly prohibited. If detected, listings may be removed or suspended without refund.

9. Platform Monitoring, Rights and Legal Action

RVK Software reserves the right to review any business profile, verify submitted data, and modify or remove incorrect information. If any listing is found to be inaccurate, misleading, or harmful, strict action may be taken including suspension, removal, or legal action.

If any business is found involved in suspicious activity that may harm the platform, the company has full rights to suspend or permanently delete the profile without prior notice and no refund will be provided.

10. Trust and Authenticity Commitment

Navsankalp is committed to promoting genuine businesses, providing verified listings, and ensuring a safe booking experience for users.

11. Anonymous Usage Analytics

To improve the platform, Navsankalp collects anonymous search behaviour data — such as what users search for, which city they search in, and whether results were found. This helps us understand demand patterns and improve the platform.

We do not store: IP addresses, device identifiers, browser fingerprints, or any information that can identify you personally.

We do store anonymously: search keywords, city, result counts, device type (mobile/desktop), and a random session token that resets every browser session.

No third-party analytics tools (Google Analytics, Facebook Pixel, etc.) are used. All data stays on our own servers.

12. Data Protection

Reasonable security measures are implemented to protect data. Users are responsible for providing accurate information and maintaining confidentiality of login details.

13. Termination of Services

Access may be suspended or terminated if policies are violated, fake or harmful content is uploaded, or verification is incomplete.

14. Updates to Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy may be updated at any time as per company requirements. All updates will be reflected on this page.
